1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must place a specified multiple of the bonus amount in qualifying bets before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

3. Expiry: Bonuses and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from the Account without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active in a User's Account at any given time. Claiming a second bonus before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus may result in the forfeiture of the first bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on cx6777 and will result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.

• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, unauthorised use of a payment method or any criminal activity.
• Engaging in abusive, discriminatory, threatening or harassing behaviour toward any cx6777 employee or other User.

All content on the cx6777 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cx6777 or its licensed content suppliers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from cx6777.

Any unauthorised use of cx6777's intellectual property may result in Account closure and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cx6777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain password security.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• Any financial loss resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform, including losses arising from bets placed during a technical malfunction.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds or game results displayed on the Platform that contained a manifest error.
